Insights flags issues across your live experiences, targeting, and events — and lets you fix them in one click.

🧪 Insights are currently in Beta 🧪
Insights surfaces issues and opportunities across your Appcues account — typos in live experiences, broken links, stale targeting properties, dormant Flows, and events you haven't wired up as goals. Instead of manually auditing your account, Insights flags what needs attention so you can act on it.

To access Insights generated for your account click on the Insights item from the navigation menu. Then simply click on any new insight from the generated list. A flyout window will appear with the details of your insight and a quick link to chat with Captain AI.
Available Insights
Typo Monitor
Scans live, user-facing copy for spelling errors, grammar issues, and broken links. This insight runs every week.
Experience Hygiene
Identifies published experiences with no recent activity. These Flows and Pins may be broken or no longer relevant. This insight runs every week.
User Property Hygiene
Checks whether your targeting properties have been active in the last 90 days. Stale properties can misdirect targeting or block delivery entirely. This insight runs every month.
Filtering and Dismissing Insights
The list of available Insights will continue to grow over time. You can quickly filter your Insights list using the filter buttons at the top of the Insights page. Filters are available by status (Unread, Read, Dismissed) and type (Issue or Opportunity).

You can dismiss Insights that aren’t relevant or mark them as read/unread using the multi-select checkboxes or individually via the ellipses icon.

Fix issues with AI Actions
Some Insights include AI Actions at the bottom of the flyout panel. These let you resolve issues in one click — for example, unpublishing outdated content or correcting typos directly from the insight.

What's coming
The list of available Insights will expand to cover more areas of your account over time. To join the beta program, email support@appcues.com.
