Appcues US and EU Hosting environments
Table of Contents
New Appcues accounts can be provisioned in either Appcues' US or EU Hosting environment for data residency in the United States or the European Union. All Appcues hosting environments securely store and process your data as outlined in trust.appcues.com, including GDPR.
Note: The default Appcues hosting environment is the US unless the EU hosting environment is requested before your account is set up. The content and data in US-based Appcues accounts cannot be migrated to the EU or vise versa – accounts must be created from scratch in the desired hosting environment.
About Appcues EU hosting environment
Appcues' EU hosting environment is in early release and supports most Appcues features available in the US environment. See the table below for current EU feature availability, which will be updated as additional capabilities are available in the EU. If you need something not yet available or have any questions, contact support@appcues.com so we can prioritize your needs.

| Server side integrations |
Zapier - Yes In development: Server-side integrations: Slack, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Marketo, and Fivetran. Pending vendor action for Appcues to receive data: Amplitude, Heap, or Mixpanel: These vendors only need to make one URL change to their Appcues integration to send their segments to Appcues. The change is for them to call http://api.eu.appcues.com/ instead of http://api.appcues.com/ . As mentioned in ‘Client-side integrations’ above, these integrations already can receive Appcues events. Once that work is done by the vendor these integrations are 100% functional in both directions. |

| Email/Push messaging | Yes |
| Segment-server side events, Rudderstack server-side events | In development |
