Our team has become aware that certain users are unable to update the theme for their experiences within Appcues builder.

Our engineering team has found the source of the problem and a hotfix is being implemented.

Engineering have posted a fix for the Appcues Builder and it is pending review on the Chrome store. For instructions on how to manually update your builder, please review this doc.

The fix for the Appcues Builder extension is now widely available on the Chrome store. Please make sure your extension is running version 6.137.0.
