While testing a new feature to improve system reliability we unknowingly introduced a problem that would cause Appcues WebSocket connection failures for our clients. The issue in question was first brought to our attention on November 13th and was resolved at 7:30 am EST on November 14th.
Our engineering team has made all necessary adjustments to our server configurations so that this issue does not happen again.
