                    Builder Preview Studio Analytics Delayed

                    Our team has been made aware of and has fixes in place for the following issues that occurred today.

                    Builder Preview 

                    Version 8.1.14 of the Appcues Builder introduced an issue where customers couldn't preview experiences.  

                    Your Appcues Builder will automatically update with a fixed version as soon as Google approves it for release to the Chrome Web Store.  If you need an immediate fix before Google approves it, you can download and install it manually by following the instructions here.  We will provide updates here as the status changes.

                    Status: Resolved

                    Version 8.1.15 of the Appcues Builder chrome extension is now available on the Chrome Web Store.

                     

                     

                    Studio Analytics Delayed

                    Analytics data between 6:37am - 4:24pm EST on Friday, September 27 has been delayed for reporting and exporting activities due to an issue with our data processing services.  Data before and after this timeframe is unaffected.  No data has been lost.

                    Appcues is now processing the data from this time period to be available for Studio analytics and exporting. No further action is needed on your part.  We will provide updates here as the status changes.
                     

                    Status: Resolved

                    Analytic event data has been restored and our users are now able to run reporting activities for the impacted period.
