Schedule an Experience
Set a start and end date so a Flow, Banner, or Pin publishes and unpublishes automatically.

Scheduling lets you automate when a Flow, Banner, or Pin goes live and when it stops showing. This is useful for downtime announcements, limited-time offers, and coordinated feature launches.
Set up a schedule
- Open the Settings page for the Flow, Banner, or Pin you want to schedule.
- Click Schedule.
- Under Starts, choose At a specific date/time and pick the date and time. Leave it as When I publish if you want to publish manually.
- Under Ends, choose At a specific date/time and pick the end date. Leave it as When I unpublish to keep the experience live indefinitely.
- Close the popup. The schedule is saved automatically.
Dates and times use your browser's timezone.
Change a schedule
- Open the experience's Settings page.
- Click Edit Schedule.
- Update the dates and times.
- Close the popup.
Remove a schedule
- Open the experience's Settings page.
- Click Edit Schedule.
- To remove automatic publishing, select When I publish under Starts.
- To remove automatic unpublishing, select When I unpublish under Ends.
You can always override a schedule by manually clicking Publish or Unpublish on the settings page.
