- 12:25 PM EST - Our team has been informed that recently some users are having issues logging in to Appcues Studio.
Our engineering teams are actively working on the issue and we have found that once a login error occurs that refreshing the page may allow users to proceed.
- 12:30 PM EST - We believe the issue to be tied to an Auth 0 issue currently being investigated. For details, please follow their status page here: https://status.auth0.com/
- 12:50 PM EST - We believe that login issues should now be resolved. Auth0 is reporting that all issues on their end are fixed. We will continue to monitor the issue moving forward. If you experience any problems please reach out to our support team.
