Text

To add text to your Flow, select the Text block and start typing. In the menu below, you can format your text however you prefer. Settings defined here override your settings defined in your Theme.

You can set your text as normal or as different Headers, change the font, font size, font color and font styles.

Additionally, you can also align the text to your preference, add bullet or numbered lists, emojis, a personalization token and a hyperlink.

Image & GIFs

To add an image/GIF select the Image/GIF block, and then drag and drop the file.

You can also click the upload icon and you'll get an option to either upload an image from your computer or to select from the gallery.

This gallery includes any image uploaded into an experience that has the gallery available. Images uploaded have a limit of 5MB to ensure best performance of experience delivery.

You can resize the image directly in the Builder, as well as align it, move the margins around and add Alt Text.

You're also able to add additional settings such as Go To a URL or Trigger a Flow from that image. When that image is clicked, the action selected will occur. If you'd like to trigger a Flow, you'll need to type the Flow ID. To learn how to find your Flow ID read this article.

Hero Images

A Hero is a header image that goes from edge to edge within a Modal or Slideout that also allows you to add heading text on top of the image. Images within a Hero can be cropped and fill a frame, rather than pushing the content down. For this reason, you can upload images that are larger dimensions than the step itself, and crop and frame them for the best looking result.

To add a Hero image select the Hero block, and then drag and drop the file, upload it from your computer or from your gallery.
