If I edit a live Flow, will users that have already seen it see it again?
Editing and re-publishing a live Flow does not reset eligibility. This means that if a user was no longer eligible to see the Flow, they will not see it now because you re-published the Flow.
If you want users to see a Flow again, you'll need to clone that Flow and publish it. A clone is considered a new Flow, so it shows to users once again.
Can I show a Flow X times?
Yes, you can. Although the Flow trigger settings only mention Show once or Show every time, there's still ways to show Flows on intervals. You can read more about setting this up in our article Setting up Flow Frequency.
How can I stop users from interacting with my app and make them complete the Flow?
You can add a hard backdrop to certain steps to keep the users from interacting with the background. You can also make your Flow un-skippable. You can read more about this in our articles: Modals & Slideouts and Tooltips & Hotspots.
Why isn't my Flow showing?
There are different reasons for a Flow not showing. You can be having installation problems, eligibility issues or running into an Ad Blocker. Our article Installation Testing/Debugging is a good place to start.
Can I see a show once Flow again?
Yes, there are a couple of ways to do that. You can reset your Flow history to see show once Flows once again. This options resets ALL show once Flows, you cannot specify which Flow should be reset. You can also use a Permalink to see a Flow once again.
Can I see two or more Flows at the same time?
Flows targeted to the same pages and same users will not show at the same time. By default, the most recently published Flow will be shown. On the next page-view, Appcues will show the next most recently published Flow for which a user qualifies, and so on. You can adjust the order using Flow Priority.
