                  Use a permalink

A permalink is a URL that launches a specific Flow when clicked. Share it in emails, chat messages, support docs, or anywhere you can place a link.

                  1. Open the Flow in Studio and go to the settings page.
                  2. Click the Permalink button. Copy the generated URL.
                  3. Share the link wherever your users will access it.
                  4. When a user clicks the permalink, the Flow launches regardless of frequency or audience targeting rules. The user must be on a page where Appcues is installed.

For details on permalink setup and customization, see Permalinks.

                  Use a Launchpad

A Launchpad is an in-app resource center that lets users browse and relaunch Flows on demand. Add Flows to a Launchpad so users can access tutorials, feature guides, and announcements whenever they want.

You can create a button Pin and insert it inline in your app in a way that feels native to it. These buttons can be set to trigger a Flow upon clicking them.
