Target Appcues Flows Based on Users' Form Responses
Learn how to target a flow based on a response on a previous Appcues survey.
After you've created a survey or form within an Appcues flow, you can leverage your users' responses to target other experiences.
For instance, below we've created a rating survey with the question: “How likely are you to recommend Democues to a colleague or friend?”

As soon as the survey is published and and starts getting responses, a new user property is automatically created and starts collecting the data. To find it, select the User Property option and start typing your question. It will pop up as a property with a prefix of “Form Response” and will be titled as the question you set on the Flow.
