Email Performance
View delivery and engagement metrics for all Workflow emails in one place
Table of Contents
The Email Performance page gives you a cross-Workflow view of how every email is performing. Use it to compare open rates, spot deliverability issues, and identify underperforming emails without clicking into each Workflow individually.
Open the Email Performance page
Go to Metrics > Email Performance in Studio.

What you'll see
The Individual Email Performance table lists every email you've created, with engagement metrics for the selected time period. By default, it shows the last 7 days.

Filter by Workflow
Use the Workflow dropdown to narrow the table to emails from a specific published Workflow. This is useful when you have many Workflows running simultaneously and want to focus on one campaign.
Change the date range
Adjust the date range to view metrics for any period up to 90 days.
Metrics
The table shows the same email metrics available on individual Email nodes in the Workflow analytics view: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, bounced, and skipped. For definitions of each metric, see Workflow analytics.
